The ritual.
Two sides, a few calm minutes, every day. Here's how to get the most out of your brush, and how to keep it beautiful for years.
Polish the lengths
Start with the boar bristle side. Brush your lengths and ends in long, calm strokes. The bristle smooths the cuticle and carries your natural oils down, for shine and less breakage.
Tip: work from the ends up if you have knots.Wake up the scalp
Turn to the nylon pins. Brush from the scalp down, all around the head. The rounded tips massage the scalp, detangle and calm static.
Tip: gentle pressure is enough. Let the pins do the work.Every day, both sides
The ritual works because it's daily. Boar first, pins second, morning or evening. Hair that's cared for this way simply looks and feels healthier.
Tip: also great for combing product through.
Weekly: lift out the hair
Once a week, comb the Cleaning Tool through the bristles from the base up. It reaches deep between the bristles and lifts out hair and debris.

Fine or thinning
Start at the scalp with the nylon pins for a gentle massage, then finish with a few soft strokes of boar bristle. No tugging needed.
Waves from hot tools
Brush out curls made with a curling iron or wand using the boar side, for soft, glossy, undone waves.
Thick or long
Section first with the Pro Clips and work through one part at a time, lengths before roots.
Pro Sectioning ClipsGray hair
Boar bristle spreads your natural oils from root to tip, giving gray hair a soft, healthy shine.
Static or frizz
Wood and boar bristle don't charge the hair like plastic does. Finish with the boar side to smooth flyaways.
Little strength
The brush is light in the hand and needs no force, which makes it easy for anyone, including people with a chronic condition.
